By opting in to the Reflect by Salus SMS service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Reflect by Salus is operated by Emil Grantcharov (sole proprietor), 949 E 54th Place, Chicago, IL 60615.
Reflect by Salus provides a recurring two-way SMS performance check-in service for student-athletes. The Service sends text messages to enrolled participants asking about their readiness, energy, effort, areas of discomfort, and recovery after practices and competitions. Your responses help coaching and training staff better support your athletic performance and recovery.

You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including self-reported physical readiness and injury data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Reflect by Salus is a sports performance tool, not a healthcare provider. The performance check-ins are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information you provide about physical discomfort or injury is used solely to support coaching and athletic training decisions and does not constitute a medical record. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reflect by Salus and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
