• Wellness Responses: Your responses to wellness check-in prompts, which may include information about your physical and mental well-being.
• Message Metadata: Timestamps and delivery status of messages.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you wellness check-in messages after practices and games.
• Process and analyze your wellness responses to support coaching and training staff decisions.
• Improve our wellness programs and services.
• Communicate important updates about the service.

Information Sharing

We may share your information with:

• Coaching and Training Staff: Your wellness responses may be shared with authorized UChicago athletics staff to better support your athletic performance and well-being.
• Service Providers: We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Twilio processes your phone number and message content solely to provide messaging services.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as you are an active participant in the wellness program and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

• Opt Out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS messages.
• Access: Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal requirements.

Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for student-athletes who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 without parental consent.
